Cinnamon Roasted Butternut

This is more delicious than candy!  Ooey gooey yum! 🙂

1 Butternut Squash, peeled, deseeded and chopped
1/4 cup coconut oil
Salt
Pepper
Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If the coconut fat is solid, place it in the roasting pan and melt it in the oven while it preheats. Stir the chopped butternut squash, coconut oil, salt, pepper and cinnamon to taste in the roasting pan. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, stir and put back in for 20 or 30 more minutes. Enjoy! 🙂
