This recipe is a combination of two of my favorite salad dressings – altered to my liking. I took a very yummy and quick Italian Dressing recipe, and combined it with an idea from Creamy Peppercorn Ranch. Both of these are excellent dressings all on their own, however, I find the combination/alteration Even better. 🙂

1/2 cup water
1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
1 1/3 cup hemp seeds
2 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. kelp powder (optional)
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1. Put all ingredients Except oil in a blender.
2. Blend until well combined.
3. Drizzle olive oil in while the machine is running. It will get very thick and creamy.
4. Use as a dip or dressing.
*This makes a fair amount – feel free to half the recipe… and I am rather loose with measuring the herbs – adjust to your desire. 🙂
