Who knew that this would be such a tasty and refreshing treat? Bananas and avocados make an amazing pair! This would work as a light breakfast, a snack or even a dessert!
1 ripe banana
1/2 soft avocado
pinch of salt
squirt of lemon (optional)
1. Chop and mash all of the ingredients together.
2. The lemon is important if you aren’t going to eat it immediately, so it doesn’t turn brown.
3. Feel free to puree it in a food processor to get a smoother appearance, but I prefer to mash it as it saves dishes.
4. If you want to sprinkle something on it, try raisins, coconut, or nuts. Happy snacking! 🙂
